Here in the Jato Valley oenonauts and winelovers will find hills, farmland and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Our cellar is the ideal place to rest and enjoy an excellent glass of wine – perhaps after a tour of the vineyard – in the highest part of the estate overlooking the entire valley. Here at our La Monaca winery, with its Art Nouveau cast iron columns that support the body of the building you will discover the varietal and territorial expressions of Nero d’Avola, Grillo and Inzolia but also Syrah, each with their unmistakable freshness, elegance and the opulent notes of Mediterranean wines. Sallier de La Tour offers three different tasting itineraries (The Syrah Espressions, Sallier de La Tour and La Monaca) each lasting about an hour and a half, starting from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 25 participants. Prices range from 25 to 45 euros. Our wine experiences take place in the cellar, each one is a veritable immersion into the local food culture and the company’s unique wine heritage.
